Q1. about product features
FDY, POY, DTY, all kinds of yarns are directly made from PET flakes ,100% post–consumer recycled with GRS certifications.
Q2. about Quality
Even if our yarn was 100% made from recycle flakes, But the yarn quality is stable and could take place of virgin yarn. In order to keep the final recycle yarn quality, we pay lots of attention on the quality control of PET bottle bales and flakes. We have our own Bottle washing production line and blending storage silo.
Q3. Difference between Recycle yarn and virgin
A little yellowish comparing to virgin; If use in fabric, the hand feel is a little harder comparing to virgin.
Q4. about Dyeing difference
Color absorption is faster, But don’t suggest to dye the sensitive color, such as bleach, light pink, yellow etc.
Q5. about PET flakes Sample
PET flakes Sample is free , but the express freight was collect, ,The freight cost could be returned after placing an order.
Q6. about Delivery
If the products you need is general available and we have in stock, the goods will be shipped within 7 days after receive the payment or L/C, If custom-made, it needs more than two weeks.
